Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains when a refund is available for credit pack purchases made on Cinnacode.

1. Nature of credit purchases

Credit packs are a prepaid digital product, similar to a mobile recharge. Once credits are added to your account, they become available for immediate use. Because of this, credits are generally non-refundable once successfully delivered to your account, except in the circumstances described below.

2. When a refund applies

You are entitled to a full refund if:

  • Your payment was successfully charged but credits were not added to your account due to a technical error on our end;
  • You were charged more than once for the same purchase due to a duplicate transaction;
  • You were charged an incorrect amount due to a pricing error on our website.

3. When a refund does not apply

Refunds are not available for credits that were successfully delivered and are simply unused, for a change of mind after purchase, or for account suspension resulting from a violation of our Terms & Conditions.

4. How to request a refund

Email sailendrags@gmail.com with your registered email address, the approximate date and amount of the transaction, and a brief description of the issue. We aim to acknowledge every request within 2 business days.

5. Refund timeline

Once a refund is approved, it is processed back to your original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days. The exact time for the amount to reflect in your bank account or card statement afterward depends on your bank, and is outside our control.
