This Privacy Policy explains what information Cinnacode collects, why, and how it's used. Cinnacode is operated by Sailendra, an individual developer based in India.
When you register, we collect your name, email address, and country. If you sign in with GitHub, we receive your GitHub username, public profile name, avatar, and email address as provided by GitHub. We also record usage data necessary to operate the credit system — the number of chat messages, completions, and edits you make, and your remaining credit balance.
We do not collect or store payment card details. All payment processing is handled directly by Razorpay; Cinnacode never receives or stores your card number, CVV, or full payment credentials.
When you use a chat, completion, or edit feature, the relevant code or text you're working with is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate a response. This content is transmitted for the purpose of generating that single response and is subject to Anthropic's own data handling terms. We do not use your code to train any model, and we do not sell your code or personal data to third parties.

We retain your account information and usage history for as long as your account is active. If you'd like your account and associated data deleted, contact us at the email below and we will process the request within a reasonable time.

Our website uses minimal local browser storage to support account registration and does not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
The Service is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
